This is a really vital addition to the published work of Warhol. It is surprising that the compiler had to search high and low to find most of the entries in this catalog. Apparently Warhol did not keep a set of these published album covers for his own archives, which is very surprising considering what a pack-rat he was. My only complaint about this publication is that is is too large (about the actual size of the LP's themselves) and the commentary too detailed. I suppose as a scholarly work it is important to include as much as possible, but for the more casual reader such exactness can be overwhelming. All that being said, it is a very important work for anyone who loves Warhol's work. I do, and I am certainly glad to have it.
