I am thrilled I I bought these books for my 1 year old grand-daughter! They are the PERFECT size for her little hands!Each book is based on one character and the stories are simple, My grand-daughter was so happy to open these and find her favorite character. She began dancing and took the book around to everyone in the room to show them.She opens them and "reads" out loud to herself,. She stacks them like blocks and will repeatedly empty the carrying case - just to put the books back in again. She attempts to carry the case around with her but ends up dragging it behind her - which is damaging the case sadly.Its been 2 months since I gave them to her and the books are holding up well to the busy activities of a one year old.I gave this a 4 star rating because there are many things I just love about this set. Not only does my grand-daughter recognize and love the Trolls but it encourages reading and is the prefect size for her little hands. But I am thrilled that she is learning even more from them such as developing her cognitive and motor skills while just having fun. The size and color of the books resemble building blocks.The quality of the books and the carrying case are "okay". I love the idea of a carrying case with a handle but its not made to withstand the wear and tear of a young tot. The books are made of sturdy cardboard - its just not of the highest quality - but is of good quality for the price.Overall, in my opinion, this was an awesome purchase and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to put a smile on the face of a young Troll fan.
My daughters loved this! The Trolls product was actually the 4th character set of these Book Blocks. They loved them all.The only thing I have to say about this product (that I do not attribute to the quality or construction of the product) is that all 4 sets we have bought have ended up in pieces torn up. My 2.5 year old daughter figured out how to rip the books apart and once she started they didn’t stand a chance. If you have a child that’s in the phase of tearing up books or paper/cardboard games.. think before leaving them alone with these.
Perfect gift for my little one. We read a ton but for when you need a cute fun story these are perfect!Books are cardboard so keep away when child is teething!!😂It is great for when they wanna take over to a sleep over, the magnetic carrying case does keep them nice and organized and stays in place.
These little books are perfect for my 1.5 year old. She loves to go through them and look at the smiling faces of the Trolls gang and she loves storing them in the case and carrying it around the house. She's also recently started using them as stacking blocks. Great purchase.
