Disclosure about this book...Delicious low carb recipes that you don’t get tired of eating the same dishes week after week. It isn’t true clean eating recipes but I end up leaving the meat for my son to consume in these dishes to reduce the protein intake and make a side salad with olive oil and avocado to increase my fat intake to meet clean eating requirements. The recipes are really flavorful. Luckily I live in the Bay Area so we have all the spices available that’s required in this book. Recipes from India, Korea and Vietnam have been tried and had amazing taste and authenticity without the guilt of carbs. Easy and healthy!

We've tried several of the recipes and have been very pleasantly surprised. The vegetarian recipes in particular are well spiced and tasty. As the owner of many many cookbooks, I'm very happy with this purchase.

So, if you are ready to become a clean eater pick this book up. It is a great help.

I can't understand how all 68 reviewers gave this a perfect 5 Stars, its absurd and clearly some sort of fabricated rating. This is a tiny brochure sized pamphlet. Poorly formatted, and "Clean" eating is a meaningless word and just lets the author say whatever she wants without really having solid credentials. This is mostly basic recipes and generic statements found on the internet. Anyone with google and a few hours could write this "book". The ratings on this are clearly a scam.

Every recipe I've tried so far has been fantastic. I'm excited to try even more. And, yes, as other reviews have noted, there are some interesting ingredients... I've been able to find most and for those I can't find at the market, there's amazon to save the day! I am a vegetarian so I'm only using a smaller portion of the book... but they are so worth it! They might be healthy recipes, but that doesn't mean they aren't super flavorful and fulfilling! Each so far will make its way into my rotation. Oh, and so far I've only been making those that are compatible with the clense! So good! I make enough that I'm able to take the leftovers for lunch the next day at work. And everyday I'm excited for lunch even though I just ate the same thing the night before! WIll buy more from this author. Clean eating cookbook! Clean eating cookbook recipes with pictures!
